This case discussion will explore how thoughtful planning can create a dramatic smile transformation while keeping dentistry minimally invasive. By utilizing just a few months of Invisalign to strategically position the teeth, we were able to set the stage for only four porcelain veneers. We’ll walk through the planning process, sequencing, and key decisions that allowed us to preserve tooth structure while creating a smile that looks completely transformed. A great example of how minimal dentistry doesn’t mean minimal planning.

This case discussion shows how the transformation comes from the planning, not the amount of dentistry. We’ll walk through how we used orthodontics to position the teeth where we wanted them, then designed the gingival architecture and ideal tooth size and shape to create balance and harmony across the smile. The final result looks like a completely different smile but was achieved with remarkably little restorative dentistry.
