In this case, we explore the restorative-periodontal interface, which is all about balancing the esthetics of both the teeth and the gums to achieve an ideal smile. This patient came in with healthy teeth and tissue but was unhappy with the gaps in her smile. Initially considering Invisalign, we quickly realized the issue was not just tooth position but also the shape and size of the teeth.
